Energy Shift: Core Transformation Quiz

Everything Happens Repetitively for a Reason

You came in to this lifetime with a life lesson (or two) and contracts that will ensure that you have abundant opportunities to learn your life lesson.  Once the life lesson has been activated you will experience certain aspects of our contracts, repetitively.  For example, you may attract the same type of relationships with spouses, friends, employers, colleagues or business partners.  You may face the same challenges with fears, illness or addictions over and over.

All that you have contracted and all that you experience from birth create your core vibration which becomes your inner guidance system.  Your core vibration determines how you perceive and react to situations.  It can guide your decisions and choices.  Without knowing what your core vibration is you may feel like you are swimming against the current.  You are doing all that you can to create the life that you want but the reward seems like it is always at arms length or worse, it all falls to pieces.  This can happen because what you want to create does not match your core vibration.

Life Lesson Activation

An impressionable life event will 'happen' to activate your life lesson.  It is at this point that you begin to execute other aspects of your contracts to learn your life lesson, heal energy stamps and master your energy matrix.  When your life lesson is activated you are being rewarded with the opportunity to change your core vibration.  However, you are usually unaware of this opportunity for growth and personal ImPowerment¹.  Generally, we all stay on our core vibrational path blind and unaware until we get sick or tired of the 'life lesson stick' bonking us on the head; repetitively.  If you wake up and choose to work with your vibration or make changes to it you will be able to create the life you want successfully and with some ease.

Steps to Shifting your Energy

There are spiritual and physical steps to shifting your energy and transforming your core vibration.

Step One is to choose to make this change.  Choose to shift your energy.  Choose to step up and live ImPowered.

Step Two is to become aware of your life lesson.  Find the answer to the question: “Why am I doing or experiencing the same thing over and over again?”  or “Why am I here?”

If you have completed Step One I have included Step Two for you to do on your own.  Below are some questions to help you define the life lesson you have 'signed' up for in this lifetime.   Which one of the following groups of questions best describes you and your life experience.  The corresponding life lessons are listed after the list of questions A-L.

A) Do you repetitively face challenges in life that seem to be related to love relationships?  Do you consider your self to be 'unlucky' in love?  In a love relationship, are you the one that tries the hardest to make it work even when it is obvious that the relationship should end?

B) Do you compare your self to others or judge your self based on what you assume others think of you?  Do you repetitively fib about how you feel or about what's going on in your life? Do others think that you have the 'perfect' job, relationship, family or life when in fact there are areas that you feel deeply unsatisfied with?

C) Are you a creative person that repetitively experiences lack of financial abundance?  Do you repetitively start projects but do not finish them because you don't feel they are 'perfect' yet?  Are you given abundant opportunities to suggest ideas to others and if they take action on your idea are they generally successful?

D) Do you repetitively look for that 'one thing' that will make your life perfect?  Are you an overachiever that rarely takes time to enjoy life?  Do you believe that everything is either 'black or white', and that there are no gray areas?  Are you addicted to food, sugar, caffeine, drugs, alcohol, exercise, drama, knowledge, etc.?

E) Have you experienced an abundance of drama in your life?  Do you feel that others control your life?   Do you have difficulty accepting gifts, compliments, money or even love?  Are you accustomed to having major events affect your life circumstances and make you feel like a victim?

F) Do you see your inner beauty?  Are you able to see the beauty in others?  Do you find the commonalities between you and others instead of the differences?  Do you feel bored with other people dealing with normal life lessons and situations?  Do you seek knowledge from the highest perspective?

G) Do you repetitively experience change in your life?  Do you 'think' instead of 'feel'?  Do you believe that you must alter your self or others in order to adapt to change?  Do you prefer to live by rules or systems that give you a sense of stability and order?

H) Do you repetitively experience ailments?  Are you an 'all or nothing' type of person?  Do you attract people into your life that are untrustworthy?  Did you experience abandonment or abuse growing up?  Are you uncomfortable with taking risks and prefer when others make the decisions?

I) Are you empathic and pick up others feelings, emotions, thoughts etc. and therefore have difficulty being in crowded places?  Have you repetitively attracted master manipulators into your life? Do you have difficulty saying 'NO'?  Did you have a controlling parent or parental figure?  Do others tell you that you have put a 'wall' up and therefore are insensitive or unemotional?

J) Do others repetitively tell you that you are uncaring, selfish or self centered?  Are you a competitive person?  Do you have difficulty relating or connecting with others?  Do you feel alone or in your own little world?

K) Do you usually tell people what you think rather than what you feel?  Do you prefer to avoid emotional events or pretend that you are not involved?  How often do you tell people that you love them?  Do you experience repetitive confrontations that are initiated by others, not your self?

L) Are you great at telling people what they want to hear even if it is not what you believe?  Do you find it easy to rationalize your actions?  Have you repetitively experienced the feeling of being deceived by 'leader' type people?  Do you try to think out what you feel?

A)  LOVE:  love of self
B)  TRUTH: Responsibility to self
C)  CREATION: Expressing Self Power
D)  BE-ING:Wholeness
E)  ACCEPTANCE: Self Esteem and the Art of Graceful Acceptance
F)  GRACE: Walking in Harmony with all things
G) ADAPTATION: Change
H) TRUST: Trusting self
I)  DEFINITION: Expressing individuality through healthy boundaries
J)  CHARITY: harmony with others
K) COMMUNICATION: communicating from the heart
L) INTEGRITY: harmony with self

Step Three:  Understanding the details of your contracts and how to learn your life lesson.

Step Four:  Find the gift and enjoy the shift.

Step Five:  Rewrite your contracts.

Step Six:  Move forward in your time line, with your new contracts, creating this lifetime consciously from the heart, with passion and purpose.

Step Three, Four and Five can be done during a set of Energy Shift sessions.  Step Six is your opportunity to take action using your new vibration and consciously create whatever you choose.

Life Lesson: Grace

This morning I took a walk through the park with my Grandmother.  We were holding hands like we used to when I was a child.  I felt safe and deeply connected to her, as if we were one. We stood together, feeling happy and admired the beauty of the green grass and the surrounding trees that hugged the park.

We breathed in the fresh air and felt the warmth of the sunshine on our faces while we gazed upon this familiar place. In that moment I felt at peace and in harmony.  It was a perfect moment.
Although I felt a strong connection to this place I realized that something was missing. I turned to my Grandmother and said “The park is nicer when it is full of family.”  She looked into my eyes, smiled and replied “Yes it is.”  My gaze returned to the park to find that the scene had changed.  The park was now energized by family and pets playing and having a picnic.  I could hear the sound of laughter and feel the energy of love and joy.  In that moment I felt at peace and in harmony.  I felt the connection to this place deepen and strengthen.  It felt like home.  It was a perfect moment.
I woke up from this dream feeling grateful and blessed that I was able to spend that time with my Grandmother and the clarity of her message was profound;

“The connections we share with each other enhances the beauty and harmony of the world.”

There are three life lessons that pertain to harmony; Integrity, Charity and Grace*.  If you have chosen the life lesson of Integrity you will be guided to the experiences that will help you align your vibration and be in harmony with your Self. If your life lesson is Charity, you will experience harmony with others and you will have opportunities to feel and honour the connection you share with everyone.  If your life lesson is Grace, you will learn to walk in harmony with all things.
This one brief dream awakened all my senses and opened my heart.  It gave me a moment of love, peace and joy.  I experienced a moment of connection and harmony that was pure.  It was a perfect moment to bring into my life to help me learn my life lessons.  It gave me an opportunity to experience the feeling of grace, the feeling of being in harmony with all things; nature, people and spirit (my Grandmother).  It was a perfect moment.

I'm Sorry

By: Kathy Corbett-King

“I’m sorry” are two words originally put together with the intention of expressing sympathy, pity or regret. This  ‘apology’ has become one of the most common, deceiving and insincere spoken expressions used by people.

It’s at the top of the list with “I love you”, “How are you?”, “I’m fine”  and “It’s just me.”   My American friends and colleagues laugh at how often Canadians ‘apologize’.

This morning I was walking from the bank to the coffee shop with the intention of smiling or greeting every person that I encounter. This is an empowering exercise that I do when I feel that I need to shift my energy. As I was approaching a women that was walking ahead of me, she turned to me and said “I’m sorry. I’m just dawdling along.”

She was implying that she was moving slower and possibly in my way because I was walking at a faster pace. I smiled and replied “No worries, keep dawdling.” We then made some small talk about the weather and I continued
on at my pace. As the distance grew between us I realized that what she had said was an unintentional lie and an unnecessary apology. How could she feel sorry for walking slow? I was not offended of course but I did giggle at
the ridiculousness and insincerity of the phrase “I’m sorry”.

How many times do you say “I’m sorry”, to a stranger, and not really mean it?
She caught up with me at the intersection where we resumed our cheerful small talk. I took this opportunity to share with her the enlightening lesson that was revealed by our first conversation. I said to her “If dawdling and enjoying your walk on a beautiful day puts you in a ‘happy zone’, you should never apologize for it. You should never apologize for being happy.”  We laughed at the absurdity of the phrase and we wished each other farewell.

As the day progressed I reflected on this experience with 3 questions:

1. Has the phrase “I’m sorry” been subconsciously transformed into an excuse
to initiate a connection or conversation with another person?

2. Have people become so disconnected from each other that they are
     finding excuses to re-connect?

3.  Are people more receptive to an apology rather than random and
     unexpected conversation from a stranger?

We can easily achieve positive encounters and experiences with others
by choosing different words such as; “Hello”.  Every word is a vibration whether it is written, thought or said. The meaning and effect of words can be changed by our emotions, beliefs and intentions. If we apologize without sincerity or purpose what energy are we sharing with  the world?

What energy are we surrounding our self with? “I’m sorry” implies that we are sympathetic or regretful. If these words become a repetitive and meaningless phrase that we say subconsciously the energy we are projectinginto the world is not just the vibration of sympathy and regret but also the vibration of insincerity.

What words do you choose to create meaningful and sincere communication?

The Power of Words

By Kathy Corbett-King

Words are spoken to us before we are even born.  By the age of five words have helped shape who we are, how we feel and what we believe about our Self and the world.  By the time we are adults we are speaking most of these words subconsciously and are unaware of how we are weaving the ‘stories’ of our lives.

Every word is a vibration whether it is written, thought or said.  The meaning and effect of words can be changed by our emotions, beliefs and intentions. Words are creators and contain unlimited power. The power to make change, express love, enlighten and inspire others, shift perspective and heal hearts.

Words are an expression of your Self.  Who do you want to be in the world?  Speak those words. Words are healers.  What do you want to heal?  Speak those words. The power of words is infinite.

~Words for Thought~

“The sky is the limit” is a phrase that we use to describe the highest level of attainment. We say it with the intent to release limits on what we can do. Sky is defined as the space beyond Earth. Space beyond Earth is expansive and infinite. Therefore our highest level of attainment is limitless.
                                                            ∞∞∞
Infinitude is the state of mind or attitude of being infinite or limitless.

A Look into the Piezeoelectric Gland

By: Kathy Corbett- King

The pineal gland is anatomically located near the center of our brain and is responsible for communicating with our body regarding time, sleep, wake, sexual maturity and aging. It is our internal clock and navigational positioning system. The pineal gland is also known as the ‘third eye’.

Although the pineal gland is anatomically part of our brain it is not isolated from the body by the blood-brain barrier system. It has abundant blood flow, second to the kidney, both of which are common sites for calcification.

Calcification of the pineal gland is thought to be part of our aging process. Some believe that we have created this calcification from the intake of toxins such as fluoride and its derivatives. Physiologically calcification of the pineal gland can initiate the deterioration of our health by causing a disruption in our melatonin production thereby affecting our sleep-wake cycle. This consequently affects our mood, sex-drive, metabolism and so on.

Metaphysically the vision of our ‘third eye’ and the ability to connect with our higher self is affected. We can lose our sense of direction in life, our passion for the human experience and our connection to Source energy.

Many enlightened beings are blessed with clean pineal glands and therefore are strongly connected to Source. These intuitive souls have been sharing ways to de-calcify the pineal gland as well as how to adapt with our temporary evolutionary process and overcome this obstacle regardless of the cause.

We are electromagnetic beings equipped with a piezoelectric antennae.

Medical science has discovered that the ‘brain sand’ on our pineal gland contains the same minerals that are found in quartz crystal. Quartz crystal

is known to be one of the most piezoelectric minerals on earth and has been used in many technological devices such as; sonar, radios, clocks, microphones, cameras and diagnostic equipment.

Piezoelectric crystals are effective because they are capable of receiving and amplifying ‘information’ created by vibration. These crystals that form on the pineal gland are also piezoelectric and provide us with an internal antennae that is capable of receiving ‘information’ from vibrations within the body as well as external sources physically, energetically and spiritually. In other words these crystals can be activated to connect us to everything and everyone.

To live a longer and healthier life it is recommended to de-calcify the pineal gland by decreasing or eliminating the use of toxic products. Choose foods, water, herbs and supplements that alkalize the body. Shift old belief systems and practice ways to de-stress the body, mind and spirit.

In the meantime you can choose to follow the advice of the proverb “if life hands you lemons, make lemonade” and activate the crystals on your pineal gland, connect with your telepathic abilities and communicate with your higher Self. See everything with new perspective. Be certain about your life and decisions. Sleep soundly and wake feeling well rested. Guide your Self with confidence on your journey.

With a clean and activated pineal gland and an open third eye you will in joy your human experience and overcome all obstacles by seeing them from a higher perspective. Obstacles, such as the calcification of the pineal gland, can be viewed as an opportunity for spiritual learning and evolutionary growth.

What you say is true...

By: Kathy Corbett - King

Words are powerful creators.  Words transform our thoughts, feelings and ideas into real time and space thus creating them into physical form.  What we think, feel, hear, believe and speak is the reality we step into.  These truths become our story.  The story you believe and tell is what you live.  Are you happy with your story?

What if your story was manic depression?  You experienced low times and high times.  During the low times you would stay in bed.  You would not answer the phone, open the mail or go to work.

During the high times you loved the world, socialized and went to work.  Your truth in this story is during the low times you are uncontrollably sad and during your high times you are uncontrollably happy and energetic.

Your doctor said “you suffer from manic depression”.  Your employer said “we don’t really like or understand why you need so much sick leave”.   Your spouse said many things but never the right things so he/she stopped speaking to you and gave you your space.

Now the story includes the feeling, thoughts and truths of other people which your manic brain assembles into a logical story that is based on past experience and the perceptions of others.  You are diagnosed with a medical disorder.  It is  a misunderstood condition in most workplaces and during your low times you are alone and disconnected from your spouse, family and friends.  The new story is that when you have low times  you are extremely unhappy which makes others distant and judgemental.  This expands your feeling of sadness and you also begin to feel distant, judgmental and angry with your Self.

What you say is true.  “I am sad.  I can’t go to work.  I am not normal because I don’t want to get out of bed.  There is something wrong with me because I don’t want to speak to people and I don’t want to go to work.  I just want to curl up, hide and be in my own little world.”   This is the dialogue in your manic brain and in your sad heart.  You believe this story, this is your truth.

What if you changed the story.  What if you believed something different?  What if someone gave your manic brain new words, perspective and truth about your experience?  What if someone told you that you are beautiful and all the pieces of you are beautiful because they are a part of who you are.  What if you learned to understand and love all the aspects of your Self.  What if you learned how to use your low times to balance the high times and therefore live a different story.

Words are powerful but also plentiful.  If the words or story that you are telling do not ImPower you than choose different words and rewrite your story.  It may not ‘cure’ a medical disorder but it will definitely change how you live with it.
