An InnerLife Spring Cleaning

By: Stephanie HeartSong

Spring beckons the Self and Spirit to renew, re-vitalize and grow. We feel the urge to give ourselves a fresh look or give our environment a face-lift. Change is in the air. Spring helps us to let go of things we no longer need and helps us face things we have avoided over the winter. We tend to join with Life with a renewed creativity.

Imagine what could happen if we invested this same energy in our inner life environment? What beliefs would we change? What new choices would we make? What possibilities could open up? Are you feeling the urge to break free from the old inner patterns and experience a fresh start? Are you ready to make some major renovations to your life? If so, it all begins WITHIN YOU!

The great thing is that you already have all the solutions within yourself. You might just have to do a bit of “Spring cleaning” to uncover what really makes you happy. Sometimes our passions can become hidden from view.

Here are a few ideas for your InnerLife Spring Cleaning:

• Begin by taking stock of what exists in your life right in the
present moment. Place conscious awareness on your life.

• Begin to clean out the beliefs and thoughts that don’t point you in the direction that you truly want to go. Sometimes it takes courage to face patterns and break habits!

• Make a spring commitment to make choices that support a happy, vibrant life. The universe will support your dominant thoughts, so use this law carefully.

• Commit to valuing who you are and what you believe in. This is the sure path to loving yourself and others.

• Recognize that good times and challenging times are both perfect. When we see this perfection we feel more love in our lives and Life responds accordingly. Be grateful for both sides of the coin.

• Choose to bring more love into Life and go with its natural flow.
This can be the Spring you’ve been waiting for! Make a powerful leap into your life as only YOU can.

Wishing you all a wellspring of energy this season!
