10 of the Top Plant Based Protein Sources!


It is a myth that protein is difficult to obtain for vegans, vegetarians and plant-based "lifestyler’s."

Protein is abundant in plant foods.

For example, 3 tablepsoons of hemp seeds contain over 10 grams of protein.

Ironman John Huddart, who completed his first ever Ironman event in 11 hrs and 30 mins (which is incredible…in case you weren’t aware), consumed a diet consisting mostly of plants.

And he NEVER worried about protein.

Nuts like almonds are another great source of plant based protein, and there are many others that didn’t make it into the picture!
