Life Lesson: Grace

This morning I took a walk through the park with my Grandmother.  We were holding hands like we used to when I was a child.  I felt safe and deeply connected to her, as if we were one. We stood together, feeling happy and admired the beauty of the green grass and the surrounding trees that hugged the park.

We breathed in the fresh air and felt the warmth of the sunshine on our faces while we gazed upon this familiar place. In that moment I felt at peace and in harmony.  It was a perfect moment.
Although I felt a strong connection to this place I realized that something was missing. I turned to my Grandmother and said “The park is nicer when it is full of family.”  She looked into my eyes, smiled and replied “Yes it is.”  My gaze returned to the park to find that the scene had changed.  The park was now energized by family and pets playing and having a picnic.  I could hear the sound of laughter and feel the energy of love and joy.  In that moment I felt at peace and in harmony.  I felt the connection to this place deepen and strengthen.  It felt like home.  It was a perfect moment.
I woke up from this dream feeling grateful and blessed that I was able to spend that time with my Grandmother and the clarity of her message was profound;

“The connections we share with each other enhances the beauty and harmony of the world.”

There are three life lessons that pertain to harmony; Integrity, Charity and Grace*.  If you have chosen the life lesson of Integrity you will be guided to the experiences that will help you align your vibration and be in harmony with your Self. If your life lesson is Charity, you will experience harmony with others and you will have opportunities to feel and honour the connection you share with everyone.  If your life lesson is Grace, you will learn to walk in harmony with all things.
This one brief dream awakened all my senses and opened my heart.  It gave me a moment of love, peace and joy.  I experienced a moment of connection and harmony that was pure.  It was a perfect moment to bring into my life to help me learn my life lessons.  It gave me an opportunity to experience the feeling of grace, the feeling of being in harmony with all things; nature, people and spirit (my Grandmother).  It was a perfect moment.
